AT THE CIRCUIT

We have some practical tips to ensure you don't have any worries or concerns during the race weekend and can focus on what's happening on the track.

FOOD AND DRINK

Please note that you are officially not allowed to bring any food or alcohol onto the Las Vegas Strip Circuit.

The Las Vegas circuit offers plenty of choice for fans in terms of refreshments, both drinks and food.

The good news is that 3-day ticket holders (applies to grandstand tickets) get free water, soft drinks and food (prepared by Wolfgang Puck Catering). The food quality is solid and in 2023 included a variety of meal options (both meat and vegetarian dishes including salads).

There is an alcohol charge - the price for a beer ranges from about $15 to $25.

Please note that the payment can be made mostly by credit card.

COMMUNICATIONS

Before you head out to the circuit, make sure you have all the information you need saved on your phone; from tickets to maps and information about your favourite driver. There is a risk that the mobile networks may be overloaded at the circuit and you may not have a data connection, especially on race day.

NOISE

Don't forget that motorsport is very noisy. While the noise is tolerable in the normal stands, make sure you wear earplugs if you're closer to the track. If you're travelling with children, make sure they have ear protectors.

WEATHER

In late November, the Las Vegas, Nevada race unfolds against a backdrop of mild weather characteristic of the region. Daytime temperatures typically hover in the comfortable mid-60s to low 70s Fahrenheit range, while evenings tend to cool down to the 40s. Anticipate mostly clear skies and ample sunshine, perfect for indulging in outdoor pursuits.

While rainfall is infrequent during this period, sporadic light showers may occur. Wind speeds remain moderate, posing little cause for concern. All in all, late November presents an inviting climate, ideal for exploring the city's myriad attractions and outdoor adventures.
